Unlike many other companies in the market place we will not offer the developments until we have personally inspected them and know what our clients are purchasing. We are not solely interested in numbers but our measure for this is whether we would purchase the property and unless we would we will not offer the development.

Finally, when we are happy that the development meets with our rigorous approach we will negotiate a discount on behalf of our client. Typically this will range from 5-20%. This may be years in advance of the development or even post completion. But our main driver is not the size of the discount but the potential for capital appreciation and even if you obtain a huge discount it doesn’t necessarily mean greater returns.
