The Annual Growth Plan is a three-year investment offering the potential for capital growth of 10% after one year, 20% after two years or 30% after three years.

If the FTSETM 100 index is at or above the initial level on one of the anniversary dates, the Plan will mature early and provide the investor with 10% capital growth for each year of investment.

Where the Plan has not matured early or is not at or above its initial level after three years, capital will be returned in full, provided the FTSETM 100 Index has not fallen by more than 50% during the 3-year term.
